You’re welcome to use a realtor, but it is not required. Our team can guide you through the purchase process either way.

Do you build on private land?

Currently, Center Point Homes focuses primarily on homes built on our selected lots. We are open to talk about building on your land.

Does your home include warranties?

Yes. Center Point Homes provides a 2-10 warranty, giving buyers peace of mind after closing.

How long does it take to build a new home?

Once construction begins, most homes take 6–9 months to complete depending on weather, materials, and permitting.
